When first established in 1908, PT. Pura Barutama Group (the company) is just another small printing businesses with employees totalling no more than 8 people. But this time, the company grew to become one of the feared name in the printing industry & packing throughout Southeast Asia. In the 1970 PT. Pura Barutama Group recorded an important milestone with the transition to new leadership under the third generation-Jacobus Busono. At that time, the company has evolved into a business printing with 35 employees.

Under the leadership and professionalism of the management team and the synergies of more than 8500 employees, the company continues to grow by leaps and bounds to tap into new markets, both domestic and abroad.

Meaning or Operational concept:

1. Contact Smart Cards

Contact smart card is a type of smart cards which require contact between the card and reader to transfer data.

2. Converting

Converting units engaged in the further processing of paper, foil and film coating and laminating process to create new products with value added (added value).

3. Metallizing

Packaging is one of the important elements of the product sold. Packaging not only serves to protect the product but more importantly is how packaging can form an image and value, delivering messages and product differentiation as well as increase sales and distribution market.

Producing microcapsule Microcapsule unit that is the primary ingredient in the making of copies without carbon (NCR carbonless copy-paper), as the first factory of microcapsule in Southeast Asia

5. Decorindo

With the Mission of helping the development of forestry resources, the temple founded the Dekorindo Temple – manufacturer of paper and foil decoration is the first company in Southeast Asia to produce melamine impregnated paper, the finished foil, foil and paper print & decoration.

Sentences about responses and operatinal concepts

1. I think PT. Pura Barutama good, I was able to absorb the manpower, the employment in terms of production also produces secondhand goods processed into ready-made goods. In the matter of waste can be handled properly because the PT. Pura Barutama knows the situation and conditions.

2. PT. Pura Barutama manufactures a variety of products like making paper as paper mills and produced is white, medium linear krap, HVS, etc. In the business world one large corporate business has become increasingly strict company competition, where the competition thought so more critical and PT. Pura Barutama matured.

Pura Barutama Could address the problem of environmental pollution because it must be increased again and also handle. The presence of PT. Pura Barutama these employees can earn reward punishtment that is a gift that can be given to an employee that could benefit the company but was given only a 1 time in each employee.

5. Csr ward off air pollution is by planting teak trees. the welfare of the people wrote were donated to the community about the company. The position of an employee depends on the final graduates.
