So that they makes the hearts of the people uneasy, always mainly feel scared to the criminality.

Crime is actually behavior that violates the law and social norms, so that the people are intentionally against it. Modern society is very complex material desires grow high, and often accompanied by social ambitions unhealthy. Desire needs met without excessive supported by the ability to achieve a reasonable manner will encourage people to commit criminal acts such as acts of spoliation that is now rife everywhere. Seeking knowledge is very urgent and mandatory for all mankinds to make their intellectual growing. The Language Pidgin and Creole of Dasuk Subdistrict

1.     Introduction

Language is the ability to acquire and use complex systems of communication,particularly the human ability to do so. A language may refer to cognitive ability to learn and use systems of complex communication, or to describe the set of the rules that makes up these systems, or the set of utterances that can be produced from those rules.Generally, a language is not one but there are a lot of language are different between each other. A language also has a lot of variation. These variation arise due socio-cultural factor, where individual or a group live. A shape or form of language of a person or group more or less influenced by the environment or extralingual factors that come into contact with it. Among the various kinds of language that is pidgin and creole language. Study of pidgin and creole become an important part of the study sociolinguistics with all literature

Dasuksubdistrict is a part of sumenep regency which is located in east java. In general geography sumenep regency is in the lawnland. The total area of the whole sumenep regency is that 54.934774 km2. Dasuk district is located 21 km from north the square town of sumenep. It consist of east dasuk,westdasuk, south dasuk, slopeng, seaman,west batubelah, east batubelah,kecer, Bates, Jelbudan, West Kerta, East Kerta, nyapar and mantajun. The geography of Dasuksubdistrick is near with the sea. So, almost the societies are fishermen.

2.     Discussion

a.       Language pidgin and creole

1.      Pidgin

A Pidgin is a variety of a language that developed for some practical purpose, such as trading, among groups of people who had a lot of contact, but who do not know each other`s language. As such, it would have no native speakers. Pidgin is characterized an absence of any complex grammatical morphology a somewhat limited vocabulary. Inflectional such as –s(plural) and -`s( possessive ) on nouns. And the syntax of pidgins can be quite unlike the language from which were borrowed and modified. For example :

That is, it is the product of multilingual situation in which those who wish to communicate must find or improvise a simple language system that will enable them to do so.

2.     Creole

When a pidgin develops beyond its role as a trade or contact language and becomes the first language of a social community, it is described as a creole. A creole initially develops as the first language of children growing up in a pidgin –using community and becomes more complex as it serves more communicative purpose. Creoles have large number of native speakers are not restrict at all in their uses. The separate vocabulary elements of pidgin (kanton, JĔrĔbjĔbbĔn, Bitthe` lhalag) can become grammatical elements in a creole. Where creoles evolved, there was development from pidgin to a creole, it is usually called as creolization. If the process whereby a creole is used with fewer distinct creole features as it become more like a standard variety, in contrast to creolization, is called as decreolization.

3.     Conclusion

A language is dynamic where the language always evolve and change related with the era. So in changing and development will be found some terms such as pidgin and creole. Pidgin is a language that development for some practical purpose between two or more groups. Creole is when a pidgin develops beyond its role as a trade or contact language and becomes the first language of a social community. Pidgin can be creole when the foreign speakers used a language of pidgin becomes the first language in a social community. Creole has more than pidgin speakers, the pidgin only the original language. When someone mentions a creole language, then it should advance the language has been proven historically on its origin.

Road access is very important in a university. It is because the road is the only way to reach the university. Without the presence of the road people who want to study on the university cannot get into the college. Student in the college use the road every day. If the road is bad it will disturb the convenient the student. And can cause the lateness of the student if the road in bad condition. That is why a university needs to have a good road access. There are many colleges in Indonesia. But not all colleges in Indonesia have good access to the university. It is due by many of vehicles that pass through the road. As we know, the structure of the road in University of Trunojoyo is very bad. It is different from other. Least we take example to another college like Brawijaya University in Malang. Access in Brawijaya University so neatly arranged, although many vehicles using them.

Although the campus Brawijaya has good road access, they do have some differences in contrast. We can imagine In Brawijaya constrained with the dense vehicles through the streets mentioned so often jammed, while in Trunojoyo more smoothly, because the majority of students who pass only.

The residents around the campus Trunojoyo majority are students. It could be ccompared with Brawijaya university town at the center of the majority of the civilian population. We know that everybody in the university studied who spent more than five million in one year to go to college. Brawijaya University College is not cheap. Based on the people talked about and some observations, college tuitions at Brawijaya more expensive than Trunojoyo, it is probably because the university Brawijaya already known by almost everyone in Indonesia. All of people Realizing that Malang is a tourist town. The weather there is very supportive Brawijaya become more attractive because of the mountainous area. Very different from Trunojoyo campus located on the island of Madura. That is vvery hot weather in Madura.

perhaps because the process of making the course less than the maximum because the weather often changes in Madura causing a bumpy road and easily perforated, many students who were badly affected by bad roads. That is Whereas in Brawijaya been neatly arranged, although in Brawijaya solid vehicle.

Another reason why the road access between trunojoyo university and Brawijaya university is different is because the tuition. Tuition takes a big part in making better equipment for student. From the university can occupied the access of student related to the convenient in study. Road also included to equipment for college. In trunojoyo university, most of the student are from farmer, scholarship student who count on government to pay the tuition, Trunojoyo university cannot force the student to fulfill the equipment, a university need to suitable with the student condition. But in contrast to Brawijaya University that have student with middle and high status for social level. The student in Brawijaya University is come from all over the world since Brawijaya has a good reputation. There are lot foreigners who have good financial condition study in Brawijaya University. But in trunojoyo university just begin its reputation in very low level that is why Trunojoyo University is not really famous.

In conclusion, although the trunojoyo university and Brawijaya university have so far distance in road access, trunojoyo have its own advantages such like the traffic is nearly stable because the condition of the area who still in village. In Brawijaya university even have good road access the traffic is so tight since Brawijaya university is located in capital city of Malang.
